Shipping & Returns Policy

At Plane Clothes, we are committed to delivering a seamless and premium experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door — and beyond.

Shipping

  • United States: We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available.
  • International: Shipping is available worldwide via our trusted partners. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated at checkout where possible.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you receive. For this reason, we offer store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Final sale items (including promotional, discounted, or limited-edition pieces) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit via email, valid for future online purchases.

To start a return or exchange, please use our online portal (link at checkout or in your order confirmation).

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued promptly. Exchanges will ship once the returned item has been approved.

Refused or Return-to-Sender Packages  

We strongly recommend accepting delivery and using our easy return portal if needed. Refusing a package or marking it “return to sender” may result in additional fees, lost tracking, or complications. In such cases, we are not responsible for the shipment while in transit and cannot guarantee refunds or reshipments for refused packages. 

International Returns  

International orders benefit from our streamlined Global-e partnership (for orders placed on or after January 14, 2025). This includes prepaid return labels where available, full tracking, and simplified customs processing.

Returns from online orders cannot be processed in-store, and store credit is valid for online purchases only. 

Abuse of Return Policy

Frequent returns or patterns that suggest abuse may result in a 10% restocking fee on future returns or limitation of return privileges. We reserve the right to refuse returns from accounts with excessive return activity.
